## Text

The superintendent may from time to time contract for such additional actuarial, examination, rating and other technical and professional services as may be required for discharge of the superintendent's duties. If a contractor retained pursuant to this section has access to confidential information, the contract must require the contractor to comply with the requirements of section 216, subsection 5, paragraph B‑1 .
