## Text

A. All fines shall be paid to the Commission within 48 hours after imposition unless:
(1) An appeal to the Commission has been noted; and
(2) The Commission has granted a stay.
B. If a licensee fails to pay the fine in a timely manner in violation of §A of this regulation , upon proper notification, the licensee shall be immediately suspended, and the suspension shall remain in effect until the fine is paid in full.
