## Text

600.030 Restrictions on regulations.

The cabinet shall not issue administrative regulations to implement the provisions of this

chapter unless the Juvenile Code specifically authorizes their issuance. Regulations, when

issued, shall not exceed the bounds of the specific authorization provided in this chapter.
