# Ind. Code § 15-15-1-7.5: "Grower's declaration"

## Text

Sec. 7.5. As used in this chapter, "grower's declaration" means a statement signed by the grower, shipper, processor, dealer, or importer giving, for any lot of seed, the:

(1) lot number;

(2) kind;

(3) variety;

(4) type; and

(5) origin.
