Section 210
Section 210.20  Applicability
a)         All rules and regulations of the Illinois Department on Aging
previously filed with the Secretary of State except for Community Care Program,
(89 Ill. Adm. Code 240) which remains in effect are hereby replaced by this
codification.
b)         This rule shall be operative only to the extent that it is not
in conflict with any Federal law or regulation governing Federal grants to the
State.
