Section 2100
Section 2100.10  Summary
The rules adopted in this part
shall constitute the State of Illinois Premium Payment Plan, which is hereby
established as a plan within the meaning of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue
Code (26 U.S.C. 125) and proposed Internal Revenue Service Regulations (49 FR
19321).
