Section 115.510  Compliance
with this Part
For purposes of clarification,
host family arrangements, whether traditional care or shared living models, are
subject to all provisions of this Part, including Subparts A through D.  The CILA
agency shall ensure that host families are aware of and comply with all
requirements of this Part.
