Section 930.10  Authority
This Part is adopted and
promulgated by the Director of Insurance pursuant to Section 401 and Article
XXVI of the Illinois Insurance Code [215 ILCS 5/421 and 401] relating to unfair
methods of competition and unfair deceptive acts and practices.
