Section 202.213  Analysis of
Methods of Assuring Compliance
A permit application under this
Subpart shall provide a comparison of the methods of assuring compliance under
existing requirements and the methods of assuring compliance which would be
used the proposed ACS.  As a minimum, the analysis shall address the effectiveness,
reliability, and accessibility of these methods.
