## Text

(765 ILCS 745/5) (from Ch. 80, par. 205) Sec. 5. Exemptions. No mobile home park operated by the State or the Federal Government, or park land owned by either, and no trailer park operated for the use of recreational campers or travel trailers shall be subject to the provisions of this Act.
