(730 ILCS 5/3-2-2.3) Sec. 3-2-2.3. Voting rights information. (a) The Department shall make available to a person in its custody current resource materials, maintained by the Illinois State Board of Elections, containing detailed information regarding the voting rights of a person with a criminal conviction in the following formats: (1) in print; (2) on the Department's website; and (3) in a visible location on the premises of each Department facility where notices are
