## Text

(70 ILCS 200/2-25) Sec. 2-25. Incurring obligations. The Authority shall not incur any obligations for salaries or for office or administrative expenses except within the amounts of funds that will be available to it when such obligations become payable. (Source: P.A. 90-328, eff. 1-1-98.)
