## Text

(620 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 104) Sec. 1. For the purposes of this Act, the words, terms, and phrases in Sections 2 to 14, inclusive, shall have the meanings prescribed in such sections unless otherwise specifically defined or unless another intention clearly appears or the context otherwise requires.
