## Text

(430 ILCS 115/8) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 508) Sec. 8. The Department, by regulation, shall establish a schedule of fees to defray a portion of the cost of the administration and enforcement of this Act. (Source: P.A. 85-1261.)
