(315 ILCS 20/3) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 253) Sec. 3. Whenever used or referred to in this Act, the terms defined in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 4, inclusive, have the meanings and inclusions therein ascribed, unless a different intent clearly appears from the context.
