## Text

(315 ILCS 20/3-7) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 253-7) Sec. 3-7. "Plan Commission" means the plan commission of any city, village or incorporated town as authorized by Division 12 of Article 11 of the Illinois Municipal Code, as heretofore and hereafter amended. (Source: Laws 1961, p. 1381.)
