(30 ILCS 500/1-15.01) Sec. 1-15.01. Bid. "Bid" means the response submitted by a bidder in a competitive sealed bidding process, to an invitation for bid, or to a multi-step sealed bidding process. (Source: P.A. 98-1076, eff. 1-1-15.)
