(25 ILCS 130/1-4) (from Ch. 63, par. 1001-4) Sec. 1-4. In addition to its general policy making and coordinating responsibilities for the legislative support services agencies, the Joint Committee on Legislative Support Services shall have the following powers and duties with respect to such agencies: (1) To approve the executive director pursuant to Section 1-5(e); (2) To establish uniform hiring practices and personnel procedures, including
