(225 ILCS 15/2.5) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 2.5. Change of address. It is the duty of the applicant or licensee to inform the Department of any change of address within 14 days after such change either through the Department's website or by contacting the Department's licensure maintenance unit.
