## Text

(210 ILCS 47/1-105) Sec. 1-105. Administrator. "Administrator" means a person who is charged with the general administration and supervision of a facility and licensed, if required, under the Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and Disciplinary Act, as now or hereafter amended.
