## Text

(210 ILCS 120/7) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4407) Sec. 7. The Department shall have the authority to enter at reasonable times upon a private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions related to the enforcement of this Act and the regulations issued hereunder.
