## Text

(20 ILCS 505/3) (from Ch. 23, par. 5003) Sec. 3. To establish such subdivisions of the Department as shall be desirable and assign to the various subdivisions the responsibilities and duties placed upon the Department by the Laws of the State of Illinois. (Source: Laws 1963, p. 1061.)
