## Text

(20 ILCS 505/2.2) Sec. 2.2. Annual reports on youth in care waiting for placement. No later than December 31, 2018, and on December 31 of each year thereafter, the Department shall prepare and submit an annual report, covering the previous fiscal year, to the General Assembly regarding youth in care waiting for placements or psychiatric hospitalization. The report shall also be posted on the Department's website. The report shall include: (1) the number of youth in care who remained in emergency placements, including but not
