(20 ILCS 3501/801-55) Sec. 801-55. Required findings for projects located outside the State. The Authority may approve an application to finance or refinance a project located outside of the State other than a municipal bond program project only after it has made the following findings with respect to such financing or refinancing, all of which shall be deemed conclusive: (a) the entity financing or refinancing a project located outside the State, or an
