## Text

(15 ILCS 505/2) (from Ch. 130, par. 2) Sec. 2. He shall before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe the oath or affirmation prescribed by Section 3, Article XIII, of the Constitution; which shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State. (Source: P.A. 85-620.)
