## Text

Receiving a permit to construct, a Tier I operating permit, a Tier II operating permit, a Permit by Rule, or a Certificat e of Registration for portable equipment does not relieve any owner or operator of the responsibility to comply with al l applicable local, state and federal statutes, rules and regulations.
