Notwithstanding the definitions listed in Sections 006 through 008, the definitions in 40 CFR Parts 60, 61, and 63 wil l have the meaning given in those Parts, except that the term “Administrator” means “Department.” (3-28-23) 010. -- 106. (RESERVED)
