## Text

Any person aggrieved by an action of the Director and who has not previously been afforded an opportunity for a hearing on the matter is entitled to a hearing before the Director to contest the action pursuant to the provisions o f Section 42-1701A(3), Idaho Code, and the Department’s adopted Rules of Procedure.
