Applications submitted under Sections 100, 200, 210, 230 and 330 of these rules will be posted on the Department’s website for a ten-day (10) written public comment period. The Department will also send an electronic copy of th e application to the respective county, and city if applicable, where the proposed operation is located. (7-1-25) 041. -- 099.
