## Text

01. Scope. These rules apply to the Exploration and extraction of Oil and Gas resources situated i n state-owned Mineral Lands. (7-1-25) 02. Other Laws. In addition to these rules, the Lessee must comply with all applicable federal, stat e and local laws, rules, and regulations. Violating any applicable law, rule, or regulation may constitute a violation o f the Lease. (7-1-25)
