01. Scope. These rules are established to govern the statewide provision of: (3-15-22) a. Services associated with child protection, alternate care, and adoption; and (3-15-22) b. As resources are available, services aimed at preventing child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. (3-15-22) 002. -- 008. (RESERVED)
