(2) a. “Large-capacity magazine” means any ammunition feeding device capable of accepting, or that can readily be converted to hold, more than 17 rounds of ammunition. b. “Large-capacity magazine” does not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and only capable of operating with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition. c. For purposes of this subsection, the presence of a removable floor plate in an ammunition feeding device that is not capable of accepting more than 17 rounds of ammunition shall not, without more, be sufficient evidence that the ammunition feeding device can readily be converted to hold more than 17 rounds of ammunition. (3) “Licensed firearms dealer” means a person licensed under Chapter 9 of Title 24 or 18 U.S.C. § 921 et seq.
