## Text

A state-supported institution of higher education shall fly the flag of the United States of America and the flag of the State of Arkansas on campus on all national and state holidays and at other times determined by the state-supported institution of higher education. Added by Act 2015, No. 1257,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.
