## Text

The presence of a machine gun in any room, boat, or vehicle is evidence of the possession or use of the machine gun by each person occupying the room, boat, or vehicle where the machine gun is found. Acts 1935, No. 80, § 5; Pope's Dig., § 3518; A.S.A. 1947, § 41-3161.
