## Text

The Office of Motor Vehicle shall be under the control of the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4490, eff. 7/1/2019. Amended by Act 2017, No. 448,§ 4, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 1949, No. 142, § 17; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-117.
