## Text

An individual application shall not be required from a person covered under a blanket accident and health insurance policy or contract, nor shall it be necessary for the insurer to furnish each person a certificate. Acts 1959, No. 148, § 424; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-3706; Acts 2001, No. 1063, § 4.
