## Text

This subchapter may be cited as the "Comprehensive Health Insurance Pool Act", and is amendatory to the Arkansas Insurance Code and the provisions of the Arkansas Insurance Code which are not in conflict with this subchapter are applicable to this subchapter. Acts 1997, No. 292, § 1.
