## Text

The board of directors of the district shall approve the proposed project insofar as it affects the particular district by a proper resolution to that effect which has been adopted by two-thirds (2/3) of the members of the board of directors of the particular district. Acts 1937, No. 67, § 23, as added by Acts 1949, No. 249, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-809.16.
