## Text

The Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio shall be cited as “Sup.R. ___.”

Commentary (July 1, 2026)

Division (C) of Rule 1 was split up and renumbered to Rule 1.04 as part of the 2026 restructuring
of the Rules of Superintendence.
