## Text

These rules govern the procedure in all actions conducted under the Juvenile Court Act, N.D.C.C. chs. 27-20.2, 27- 20.3, and 27-20.4, and under N.D.C.C. ch 27-20.1 on guardianship of a child. They must be construed and administered to protect the best interests of children and to address the unique characteristics and needs of children.
