ACTION:
Proposed rule; dismissal.

SUMMARY:
The Audio Division dismisses a Petition for Rule Making filed by Calvary Chapel of St. George requesting the reservation of vacant Channel 280C at Toquerville, Utah for noncommercial educational use.
