ACTION: Proposed rule. SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by Charles Crawford requesting the allotment of Channel 299A at Normangee, Texas. The reference coordinates for Channel 299A at Normangee, Texas, are 30-56-00 NL and 96-11-30 WL. There is a site restriction 13.0 kilometers (8.1 miles) southwest of the community. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before May 22, 2006, and reply comments on or before June 6, 2006.
