SUMMARY: The Commission has before it a petition for rulemaking filed by TDS Broadcasting LLC (“TDS”), the licensee of KOHD, channel 51, Bend, Oregon, requesting the substitution of channel DATES: Comments must be filed on or before April 30, 2015, and reply comments on or before May 11, 2015. Proposed Rules For the reasons discussed in the preamble, the Federal Communications Commission proposes to amend 47 CFR part 73 as follows: PART 73—RADIO BROADCAST SERVICES 1. The authority citation for part 73 continues to read as follows: Authority: 47 U.S.C. 154, 303, 334, 336, and 339. § 73.622 [Amended] 2. Section 73.622(i), the Post-Transition Table of DTV Allotments under Oregon, is amended by removing channel 51 at Bend and adding channel 18 at Bend.
