ACTION: Proposed rule. SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed on behalf of Susannah Lane Hodges, requesting the allotment of Channel 248A to Pine Level, Alabama, as a first local aural transmission service. Petitioner is requested to provide additional information to establish that Pine Level is a bona fide community for allotment purposes. Coordinates used for this proposal are 32-04-04 NL and 86-03-35 WL. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before December 18, 2000, and reply comments on or before January 2, 2001.
