## Text

This subpart provides policies and procedures applicable to contract financing and payment for any purchases other than purchases of commercial products or commercial services in accordance with part 12. [60 FR 49710, Sept. 26, 1995, as amended at 86 FR 61029, Nov. 4, 2021]
