Link to an amendment published at 91 FR 46858, July 27, 2026. Except as otherwise required by the Commission, the following entities, at a minimum, shall be applicants for, and licensees on, a cable landing license: (a) Any entity that controls a cable landing station in the United States; and (b) All other entities owning or controlling a five percent (5%) or greater interest in the cable system and using the U.S. points of the cable system.
