Link to an amendment published at 91 FR 48288, July 31, 2026. State plan requirements: A State plan for financial assistance under title I, IV-A, X, XIV or XVI (AABD) of the Social Security Act must provide for such methods of administration as are found by the Secretary to be necessary for the proper and efficient operation of the plan.
