## Text

The Administrator, by authority delegated under section 186(a)(4) of the Clean Air Act, as amended in 1990, hereby extends for one year (until December 31, 1996) the attainment date for the MOA, Alaska CO nonattainment area. [61 FR 33678, June 28, 1996]
