## Text

The provisions of this subpart apply to all contested adjudications conducted under the authority of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, and this part, and to uncontested proceedings or uncontested portions of proceedings involving applications for a license to construct and operate a uranium enrichment facility, unless specifically stated otherwise in this subpart. This subpart does not apply to the conduct of other uncontested proceedings or uncontested portions of proceedings. [69 FR 2236, Jan. 14, 2004, as amended at 91 FR 20066, Apr. 15, 2026]
