Right of Entry. These permits will allow fisheries projects on
Okanogan River to proceed, including the Okanogan Weir and
Pharr Road floodplain activation. Chair or designee authorized

To approve amendments for Chapter 6-5 Gaming Code, with
non-substantive corrections, as attached. Process utilizing CBC
Procedural Rule 3 (b), (e), and (g) were followed. Two (2)
comments have been received during the comment period.
Further, it is the recommendation of the Law & Justice
Committee to declare an emergency pursuant to CBC
Procedural Rule 3(c) to approve an additional amendment to
Chapter 6-5-59(e) to limit the prohibition in this section to Class
II and Class III gaming only, thus permitting Gaming
Commission members and employees to participate in Class I
gaming activities. It is also recommended that if NIGC declines
to approve these updates, the version certified November 2017
shall continue to remain in effect. Once approved, a copy shall
be forwarded to the Code Reviser for certification and
distribution.
To approve the appointment of Marty Rapp as the interim
managing attorney in the Office of Reservation. it is the
additional recommendation of the Law & Justice Committee to
approve the attached contract modification for Marty Rapp in
light of the interim managing attorney appointment. Chair or
designee to sign all pertinent documents.
To authorize the Office of Reservation Attorney in coordination
with Human Resources, to advertise the vacant Managing
